How to Be prepared for your session
A little preparation can help you relax and fully enjoy your time in the forest. Here you'll find simple guidance on what to expect, how to prepare and what to bring.

What to Expect
Arrival & Welcome
Upon arrival, you'll complete a brief participation waiver and photo permission form, payment will be collected and then we will take a few moments to settle in, review the flow of the experience and answer any questions.
An unplugged Experience
Forest bathing is designed to be a device-free experience.to allow you to fully disconnect from daily distractions. Participants are asked to leave phones and other electronic devices either in their vehicles or Lori can safely carry them in her backpack during the session (You truly do feel a difference not having them attached to your body). Lori will carry a phone for emergency purposes and any photos that the participants may desire. If consent is given, candid photos will be taken and shared with participants after the session.
